We've all heard of the infamous 'Green Smoothie' however, it is an art I have only recently mastered. Now, either I am just the worst smoothie maker (that's a job right?) ever, or this is a common problem! I first saw this recipe on the 'livingthehealthychoice' instagram and adapted the recipe (and by adapted the recipe I mean swap lemons for limes,ooo).

I know a lot of people bang on about fresh start's, and new beginnings with very little intention of 'changing' and I am most definitely one of those people.
